If you determine that you need to move very fast, you will take on far more risk than a company going through the normal, rational process of scaling up. This kind of speed is necessary for offensive and defensive reasons.

Offensively, your business may require a certain scale to be valuable. Defensively, you want to scale faster than your competitors because the first to reach customers may own them, and the advantages of scale may lead you to a winner-takes-most position. And in a global environment, you may not necessarily be aware of who your competition really is.

The Blitzscaling Accelerator: Family to Tribe is a highly-selective 8-session program in Silicon Valley for companies embarking on the critical scaling phase transition between family (1-9) and tribe (10-99) stage.     

Who It’s For:

  • Founders/ CEOs / Key leadership team members of companies preparing for the scaling phase transition between the family (1-10) and tribe (10-100) stage of Blitzscaling 
  • Businesses with demonstrated product-market fit and revenue typically between $100K-$1,000,000 MRR
  • Companies who may be seeking to scale internationally, including to the US.

Blitzscaling Discovery Immersion

The Blitzscaling Rapid Immersion Workshop is a two-day workshop for a limited number of companies who want to assess their phase and mode of scaling, and find opportunities across their organization to maximize their scaling potential and move into more rapid growth. Dates to be announced soon.

Who It’s For:

  • Now accepting applications for our first events in Silicon Valley in June, July and August.
